Mahahual Tour (10 hours)
At 9 am we'll pick you up at your hotel and set off for Mahahual. Welcome to the Mexican Caribbean!
Once at our destination, we'll access an exclusive beach club where you can enjoy a swim in crystal clear waters. Be careful, if you're lucky you'll come across shoals of fish, sea turtles and coral reefs. As if that wasn't enough, off the coast of Mahahual you'll see part of the second-largest barrier reef in the world, impressive!
Before ending the excursion, we'll head towards a Mayan village where they are dedicated to the production of organic honey.
Kohunlich Tour (4 hours)
At 9 am we'll set off on a trip to the archaeological site of Kohunlich. Let's get going! Upon arrival, we'll enter this ancient Mayan city surrounded by corozo palms and the Petén jungle.
We'll start walking while we see the temple of the Mascarones, a building that still preserves some red polychrome reliefs. We'll tell you many more curious facts about what was once one of the most important cities in the area.
Bacalar Lagoon Kayak Tour (5 hours)
We'll pick you up at 7 am to go to the Bacalar lagoon. On arrival, we'll start a kayak tour around this magical place, why do you think it's also called the lagoon of the Seven Colours? Let's find out!
We'll paddle to the stromatolites, limestone rock formations in the area. We'll see snail hawks, herons, parrots, owls, larks and much more.... You'll be amazed by the biodiversity that inhabits the area!
Finally, we'll leave the kayaks on the shore and you can take a relaxing swim in these turquoise waters.
Calakmul Tour (9 hours)
At 9 am we'll travel to the archaeological site of Calakmul. We're about to discover the secrets hidden in one of the most important Mayan vestiges of the region.
Once there, we'll tour the ruins of this mighty city of the Mayan empire while we talk to you about the history behind the buildings that are still standing: we can find more than 6000 buried structures! The Great Plaza, the Ball Court, the Acropolis... We'll also discover the traditions of the Mayan people through some of their carved stone stelae.
Dzibanche, Kohunlich & Kinichna Tour (10 hours)
We'll pick you up at 8 am to go to the archaeological site of Kohunlich. We'll enter the jungle of Quintana Roo to visit Dzibanché and the Xibalbá Square, whose buildings show us the greatness of the Mayan civilisation.
We'll then arrive at Kinichná, a palace built in honour of the Sun God. There you can climb the pyramid to contemplate the spectacular scenery from the top. Before continuing with the excursion, you'll have some free time for lunch.
Finally, in Kohunlich we'll admire the temple of the Mascarons, a building with red polychrome reliefs.
Chetumal Bay Tour (8 hours)
In this option we'll pick you up at 9 am and start a tour of the wonders of the bay of Chetumal. We'll make a stop at Oxtankah, where one of the first catholic churches in Mexico is located and we'll tell you many more interesting facts!
After the guided tour, we'll continue our adventure with a boat ride to the uninhabited island of Tamalcab. There you can have lunch on your own before heading back.
Chichanha Tour (7 hours)
After picking you up at 10 am, we'll head towards Chichanhá, a colonial town in the middle of the jungle!
We'll go on a hiking route to this ancient town to learn about its history and its end in the caste war. You'll also be fascinated by the local flora and fauna of Quintana Roo. Before returning to Chetumal, we'll leave you free time for lunch.
