Cazorla Olive Oil Tasting
Olive Oil Tasting Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Gómez Calderón Street to start our olive oil tasting in Cazorla!
Accompanied by an agronomist and olive oil connoisseur, you'll learn all the secrets of one of the basic foods of the Mediterranean diet. Did you know that Spain is the main producer of olive oil in the world? We'll get to know the different categories of this liquid gold and all its particularities!
To start the tasting, we'll begin by smelling the various aromas of the oils, and then we'll taste 2 different oils: an early harvest EVOO of the royal variety and an early harvest EVOO of the picual variety, which is the predominant variety in the province of Jaén. You'll love them both!
After an hour and a half of learning about all the properties of olive oil in this workshop in Cazorla, we'll end the tasting and say our goodbyes.
