At the designated time, we'll leave from your hotel in Caxias do Sul toward Flores da Cunha, one of the most picturesque rural villages in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
Once at our destination, we'll visit the Fernandes estate, where you'll learn about the harvesting of fruit trees, see a vegetable garden, and play some fun games. If you want, you can go on a carretão ride, a traditional transport in the region.
Then, you'll 1 hour of free time so that you can grab a bit to eat at the restaurant in the estate, where they serve buffet-style food or an Italian rodizio. Delicious!
After lunch, we'll visit a shitake plantation to see how these Asian mushrooms are cultivated. These mushrooms, also known as Chinese mushrooms, are famous for their intense flavor.
Finally, we'll visit the winery of the estate and return to your hotel in Caxias do Sul, where we'll arrive after a total of 7 hours.
