Excursion to Gramado

We'll spend the day exploring the rich heritage left by the settlers in Rio Grande do Sul. Our first stop will be at Casa Centenária Ferrari, a beautiful wooden house surrounded by lush meadows and mountains. Inside the house museum, we'll take a tour of the rooms and learn about the history of its first inhabitants and their connection to the founding of Gramado.

Next, we'll hop back on the minibus and head to Ervateira Marcon to witness firsthand how yerba mate is processed, a type of tea and the region's most iconic drink, which has roots in indigenous culture.

After that, we'll visit the Fioreze Museum, filled with an eclectic collection of objects that perfectly reflect the daily lives of the first settlers of Gramado. You'll see everything from scales, old photographs, typewriters, and kitchen utensils to record players.

Then, we'll stop at a restaurant for a delicious lunch featuring typical Italian delicacies, including salami, sausages, cheeses, bread, and a scrumptious dessert, with coffee to finish off the meal.
