Criúva Fields Hiking Tour

At the appointed time we'll pick you up at your hotel in Caxias do Sul, from where we'll start this night hike through the Criúva fields. Ready for an adventure?

We'll start with an easy walk of about 4 kilometres (2.4 miles), where we'll walk through places of great natural beauty such as forests and waterfalls. The trail we'll follow will lead us to the Palanquinhos canyon and Morro 360, here you'll really get the chance to connect with nature!

We'll also take the opportunity to visit the Bertussi Brothers Memorial, where we'll discover their history and what they are known for. Afterwards, we'll continue walking until we reach the Korff Bridge, which played a fundamental role in the arrival of the settlers in this region of Brazil.

When the sun has already set behind the horizon, we'll continue with a night walk through the fields of Criúva while the guide tells us the most famous folklore legends of the area.

And to round off this experience we'll enjoy a delicious moonlit dinner with typical dishes such as 'mateiro' rice and melted cheese. And best of all, everything will be prepared on traditional iron griddles and accompanied by the best wine!

Finally, after nine hours we'll conclude the tour by returning to your hotel.
