The road trip will take approximately three hours. Once there, you'll get to enjoy the area at your leisure. Nearby, you can visit the Batea Mahuida volcano, from where you can see other Argentine and Chilean craters, an ancient lagoon and enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the lakes of Villa Pehuenia.

You can visit La Angostura, the place where the famous Aluminé Lake and Moquehue Lake meet. You can even take an optional boat ride! We also recommend visiting the Balcón de los Pehuenes viewpoint, from where you can admire the majesty of the forests and lakes that dot the area.

During your visit to Villa Pehuenia, you can also enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, fishing and cycling. If you want a more relaxed plan, you can simply take a swim at the lake's beach and enjoy the typical food of Patagonia in one of the village's restaurants. You'll fall in love with it!
