Tepuhueico Park Nighttime Hike
Hike Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the Lodge Tepuhueico to begin this nighttime hiking activity through Tepuhueico Park. Ready? Let's go!
We'll embark on an exciting hike on which we'll spot the fauna of the Isla Grande de Chiloé, such as Darwin's fox, the little bush monkey or the pudu. Did you know this last animal is the smallest deer in the world?
On this hike, we'll be on a mission! As well as being able to distinguish between the animals, we'll also be tasked with deciphering their different noises. Will you recognize all the sounds we'll hear at night? Don't worry, you'll be shown exactly how to identify them.
We'll also make our way towards the banks of the Tepuhueico Lake, where we'll be able to see the reflection of the starry sky on the surface of the lake. You'll be amazed!
After between 1 and 2 hours of hiking, we'll say our goodbyes back at the meeting point.
