Description
After meeting at the entrance to Rainforest Adventures Santa Lucia at the indicated time, we'll set off along the trails of this rainforest, walking at over 600 metres (1,968 ft) above sea level. Can you imagine the rich biodiversity of this enclave? Are you ready to discover it?
We'll start the walk on trails of moderate difficulty and take breaks along the way to recharge. We'll take advantage of each break to look up at the treetops, paying attention to the songs and movements between the branches!
Along the way, we'll get to see local birds thanks to the rainforest's untouched natural environment. Among the species you'll encounter are elegant Carib grackles, Lesser Antillean bullfinches, St. Lucia warblers and Caribbean hummingbirds–the list is endless! All of them will catch your eye with their vibrant colours.
We'll also have a well-deserved tropical breakfast while we talk about St. Lucia's vast bird life, which numbers over 150 species.
Finally, we'll return to the meeting point to say goodbye after a 3-hour walk through the rainforest.
