Lanzarote Timanfaya Day Trip
Lanzarote Timanfaya Day Trip
Greet your guide at the selected pick up area and board a comfortable bus, which will head to the north of Fuerteventura.
Embark on a boat from the Port of Corralejo to Playa Blanca, in the south of Lanzarote.
Once you reach Lanzarote, you will take a bus and explore the southeast of the island. The first stop of this 6-hour tour is the Timanfaya National Park. Immerse yourself in the incredible volcanic landscape shaped by the lava flow and feel the surprising heat under the surface of the earth. Marvel at several geothermal demonstrations in the “Islote de Hilario”, for example, the steam that bursts out of the earth just seconds after pouring cold water into a hole.
Continue the tour along The Wine Valley of La Geria and admire the bright green vineyards sprouting out of the black earth protected by semicircular walls. Learn about the island’s finest wine, the Malvasía, during a wine tasting. Afterwards, have lunch at one of the nearby restaurants at your own leisure. In the afternoon, you will visit the Aloe Vera Museum, a famous local product, and find out about the benefits of this plant.
During the last part of the trip, enjoy a panoramic tour and marvel at the Lago Verde and the rugged cliffs of Los Hervidores. From here, you will be driven back to Playa Blanca, where you will embark on a boat to Fuerteventura.
After disembarking at Corralejo, you will be dropped off at the meeting point.
