Rabat Private Day Trip
At the appointed time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Casablanca and head north along the coast towards Rabat, the fascinating capital of the Kingdom of Morocco.
As soon as you arrive, we'll see the beauty of the city, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2012 thanks to its old town. We'll walk through the historic centre and learn about the rich cultural heritage of this Moroccan city.
Another stop will be the main esplanade, where the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Hassan Tower, a minaret of what was to be the largest mosque in the world, is located. However, it's only a forest of thick columns, as the mosque was never completed due to the death of Sultan Almohade Ya'qub al-Mansur.
Near the Tower is the Kasbah of the Udayas, a citadel full of narrow streets and blue and white houses similar to the beautiful city of Chaouen.
At the end of your visit to Rabat, you'll have some free time to enjoy some Arabic delicacies in one of the city's restaurants. After eating, we'll finally return to Casablanca. We're expected to arrive back after around 6 hours together.
