We'll pick you up from your hotel in Casablanca and head to the Voyageurs House train station. Here, we'll board our high-speed train for an exciting day trip to Tangier!
Throughout our 2-hour train ride, sit back, relax, and enjoy the sprawling northern Moroccan landscapes passing us by as we calmly chug along.
Upon arrival in Tangier our guide and driver for the day will welcome us at the train station. Once we've gathered, we'll set off to explore the city of Tangier and the surrounding areas. First up, we'll hit the breathtaking Cape Espartel and the mythical Caves of Hercules. At the latter, we'll be treated to stunning views of the Gibraltar Strait and the Atlantic Ocean!
Next, we'll head to the Kasbah district, next to the port and the old Medina, where we'll immerse ourselves in the rich culture and tradition of Morocco. We'll stroll the picturesque streets lined with artisan shops and admire the iconic Great Mosque of Tangier's minaret.
No visit to Tangier would be complete without a visit to the city's Great Souk. This bustling market is full of history and charm, and a former favorite spot of several historical figures who found inspiration within the vibrant stalls over the years.
Then, after a day soaking up the charm of Tangier, we'll make the return trip back to Casablanca and drop you off at your hotel. Until next time!
