Roman Theater, Forum & Conception Castle Ticket

With this entrance ticket, you'll be able to visit three of the most emblematic monuments in Cartagena. The ticket includes entrance to Museum of the Roman Theater (Museo del Teatro Romano), the Roman Forum Museum (Museo del Foro Romano Molinete) as well as Conception Castle (Castillo de la Concepción) and its spectacular panoramic elevator. It's an excellent way to explore this Mediterranean city's history and culture!

You'll have the opportunity to explore the ancient roads and temples of the Roman Forum, one of the most important Roman remains in the country, as well as see parts of Cartagena's Roman Theater like the cavea (seating section), the scaenae frons (stage front) and orchestra. Ascend to the top of Conception Castle (Castillo de la Concepción) on its famous panoramic elevator, where you'll take in breathtaking views of the port, the amphitheater, and the historic Hospital de Marina.

This ticket will allow you to enter each of the three museums once, in whatever order you choose. The entrance is valid for 15 days after the first use.

The Roman Theater Museum has the following opening hours:

  • Peak season (Easter Week and May 1 to September 30): Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm. Easter Week: Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Wednesday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm.
     
Roman Forum Museum, Conception Castle, and panoramic elevator

These are their opening hours:

  • Peak season (July 1 to September 15): Monday to Sunday: 10 am - 8 pm
  • Mid-season (March 15 to June 30 / September 16 to November 1): Tuesday to Sunday: 10 am - 7 pm (Easter from Monday to Sunday).
  • Off-season (November 2 to March 14): Tuesday to Sunday: 10 am - 5:30 pm
     

Reduced rates

Children between 3 and 12 years old, students under 25, people with a youth card (Carné Joven), those who are unemployed, retired, or have a disability, and large families and groups with more than 20 people can reserve tickets with a reduced rate by presenting the corresponding paperwork.
