At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Cartagena de Indias to start this snorkeling trip to the Barú Peninsula. Ready for a day of fun?
We'll then embark on the trip to Barú, the journey will last approximately 50 minutes by bus.
When we arrive, we'll head to a beach club where the guide will give us a brief class on how to properly use the snorkeling equipment. They'll then hand out all the equipment and we'll be ready to start our adventure!
We'll then take a 30-minute speedboat ride among the mangroves along the coast of Barú until we reach an area where we can observe coral reefs and explore the seabed!
You'll enjoy around 40 minutes of snorkeling, admiring colorful fish through the crystal clear waters of the Colombian Caribbean.
Finally, we'll return to the beach club, where you'll have free time to relax and sunbathe, swim, or simply marvel at the views of the surroundings. Here, you'll also have an a la carte lunch included.
After a total of 8 hours, we'll return to your hotel in Cartagena de Indias.
Hotel pickup
This tour includes pickup from accommodations located in the central, north, Getsemaní, and Bocagrande areas. If you're staying in other areas, you will need to make your own way to the Pegasos pier.
