Next, we'll explore the fascinating history behind the coffee bean, from its origins in Ethiopia to its arrival in Colombia and the rest of the world. We'll get to know the different types of plantation and collection methods, highlighting the techniques used in the country to harvest high-quality beans.
Afterwards, we'll delve into the art of roasting, which transforms the green beans into aromatic products rich in flavour. We'll also explore various ways to make good coffee, ranging from the most traditional techniques to the most modern, with live demonstrations that you can take part in.
