Chocolate Workshop in Cartagena de Indias
Chocolate Workshop in Cartagena de Indias
At the time you have booked, we'll meet at the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center and head to the Choco Museum, a real paradise for chocolate lovers.
Throughout the visit, we'll enjoy the many installations of this museum dedicated to cocoa, one of Colombia's most famous products. How far back does the history of chocolate go? What process do cocoa beans go through to become chocolate? We'll reveal all as we visit the Choco Museum in Cartagena.
To put your new knowledge to the test, you'll learn how to roast and grind cocoa beans. Let's get to work! The second part of the chocolate workshop will consist of making chocolates. Choose your ingredients to give a personal touch to each creation: you'll feel like real chocolate masters! What's more, you'll be able to take the chocolates home with you to show off (and taste!) your culinary skills.
Lastly, the most exciting part of the experience will come—tasting time! We'll take the time to taste the delicious chocolates that we made during the workshop.
After 1 hour and 45 minutes immersed in the wonderful world of chocolate, we'll take you back to your hotel in Cartagena de Indias.
