Chambaculera Trip in Cartagena
Cahmbaculera Trip in Cartagena
At the time you choose, we'll meet up by the India Catalina Monument to board the chambaculera boat that will take us through the mangroves of Cartagena.
Take a seat on this colorful vessel inspired by the Mexican trajineras of Xochimilco. We'll sail calmly along the waters of Cartagena de Indias while you admire the exuberant nature of the northern part of the city. The unique ecosystem here is necessary for the survival of numerous species, some of which you'll encounter on this journey.
Also, during the chambaculera ride, we'll go through swamps, cross under bridges, and see forts from the water - without a doubt, an original way to tour Cartagena. You'll also enjoy a live champeta show while having some Colombian beers. What more could you ask for?
After an hour and a half sailing through the mangroves, we'll return to the Catalina India Monument to moor the chambaculera and end the tour.
