Workshop Details

After meeting at the Lunático restaurant at the appointed time, we'll dive into the fascinating world of traditional Colombian amasijos.

Upon arrival, we'll be greeted with a welcome drink to start this experience of flavors and aromas. The class will be led by local bakers, who will share with us the secrets of recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

We'll start with almojábana and pan de bono, two traditional kinds of bread from Colombia. We'll learn how to mix and knead the corn and fresh cheese that give them their characteristic flavor. Then, with patience and technique, we'll create the piñitas and the mogolla chicharrona, with their golden layers, which will make your mouth water!

During our workshop, we'll also make the typical roscones de bocadillo, a classic Colombian pastry filled with guava jam. Throughout the workshop, each step will be accompanied by anecdotes and tips from the bakers, who'll show you the value and history behind each ingredient and technique.

Finally, when the breads come out of the oven, there is nothing better than tasting them with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or hot chocolate. It will be the perfect moment to savor our creations together and celebrate the work we have done.

After 2 hours of delighting ourselves with Colombian delicacies, we'll bring the experience to an end.
