On our Carboneras Sunset Sailboat Trip, you'll sail through Cabo de Gata under the beautiful glow of golden hour. You'll sail all the way to Agua Amarga's coastline on this romantic Mediterranean experience.
Description
Our sailing trip along the east coast of Almería will start at 8 pm from the port of Carboneras, where you'll board a comfortable sailboat.
From the boat, we'll first see the coastline of Los Muertos Beach. The tale behind its name, which means 'Beach of the Dead', will be revealed during our trip. As we skirt the tip of Los Muertos Beach, we'll pass by the Mesa Roldán Lighthouse, which is the highest lighthouse in the Iberian Peninsula. The water surrounding it has been declared an Integral Reserve and is usually inhabited by dolphins drawn to the currents of the Western Mediterranean.
We'll continue sailing along the coast of Almeria as we round Half Orange Point and head towards Agua Amarga. Once we've reached Agua Amarga, we'll drop anchor so you can see one of the most breathtaking views in eastern Andalusia; the sun setting over the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park's coastline.
The cherry on top of this experience will be a delicious glass of cava on the deck of the boat as you watch the sunset. Afterwards, we'll return to the port of Carboneras where we should arrive at 10 pm.
