In this Turkish lamp workshop in Cappadocia, you'll learn how to make one of the country's most prized pieces of handicraft. Bring out your artistic side!

Tour Details

If you're in Cappadocia and are amazed by the beautiful and colourful lamps everywhere, now you can learn how to make them yourself! At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Highlights in Cappadocia Workshop and start this fun Turkish lamp workshop.

Once we're all together, we'll start going through the history of these delicate mosaic lamps, one of Turkey's most precious pieces of craftsmanship. After learning about their importance and their role in the country's history, we'll sit at the tables and, with the help of an expert, we'll make our own Turkish lamp.

You'll be in charge of choosing the colour combinations for your lamp and, with patience, you'll work on the base to create a true work of art.

When the lamp is completely finished, we'll enjoy a hot drink and share the experience of the workshop with the rest of our colleagues. What's more, you'll get to take your creation home with you!

Finally, after 2 hours in total, we'll say goodbye and end the activity.
