On this full tour of Cappadocia, you'll explore both the north and the south regions of this Turkish province in 2 days. You'll visit the most important places in the area and also admire a breathtaking sunset on a jeep tour.

Cappadocia 2 Day Tour

Day 1: Northern Cappadocia Tour

After meeting at your chosen meeting point at the indicated time, we'll start our journey through northern Cappadocia. Our first stop will be the Devrent Valley, which is home to huge rock formations unlike any others in the world.

Then, we'll continue the tour by visiting the Göreme Open Air Museum. Here we'll see chapels and churches carved into the rock while learning some of the most amazing facts and stories of the place.

After touring the museum, we'll head to the troglodyte village of Uçhisar. We'll visit its peculiar architecture and also admire Uçhisar Castle, from which we can see the famous Fairy Chimneys.

During the tour, we'll also make several stops to visit handicraft workshops that'll allow us to explore Turkey's more traditional side. We'll see how its typical carpets are made and discover how onyx stones are wprked.

Another place we'll visit on this tour of northern Cappadocia is Pasabag, also referred to as the Valley of the Monks. As the day's finishing touch, we'll hop on to a jeep and drive through the valleys of Cappadocia at sunset. It'll be an unforgettable experience.

We'll end the day by returning to your hotel after eight hours of sightseeing.

Day 2: Southern Cappadocia Tour

On this second day, we'll explore the southern region of Cappadocia. First, we'll approach the Pink and Red valleys, where we'll take on a hiking trail to discover the small villages in the area.

Our next stop will be the village of Çavusin, a maze of stone houses spread throughout the rock formations in this place. After learning about the history of this town, we'll move to the underground village of Kaymakli, a city carved into the rock and used as a refuge from invasions.

Before saying our goodbyes, we'll visit a pottery centre in Avanos. Did you know that this town is famous for its traditional pottery? Let's find out more!

Lastly, we'll drop you off at your hotel after six hours of exploring the region.
