Lion's Head Mountain Hiking Tour

At the appointed time we'll meet at Signal Hill Rd to start this hiking tour up Lion's Head, a peak at an altitude of almost 670 meters (nearly 2,200 feet) that forms part of Table Mountain National Park, the symbol of Cape Town.

Due to its low altitude and walkable terrain, this is undoubtedly one of the most popular trekking routes in Cape Town. As soon as we begin, the trail ascends slightly and eventually spirals around Lion's Head, offering 360-degree views of both the national park and Cape Town.

To reach the summit of Lion's Head, you can choose to climb some natural steps, adding a more challenging aspect to the trail, or you can continue walking on flat terrain. Once at the top, we'll take a short break to rest and take in the stunning panoramic views.

Afterward, we'll descend and return to the starting point, where we'll arrive about 3.5 hours after the start.
