Explore one of South Africa's most iconic landmarks on our private tour of Table Mountain. You'll also go on a fascinating guided tour of Cape Town, one of the country's three capital cities.
Cape Town & Table Mountain Private Tour
Having picked you up from your hotel in Cape Town at the agreed time, we'll drive to Table Mountain. This mountain, with its uniquely flat summit, is one of South Africa's most recognisable landmarks.
We'll hop in the cable car and travel to the top of the mountain in just 3 minutes. During the cable car ride, you'll look out at breathtaking views as we climb higher and higher. When we get to the summit, you'll admire panoramic views of Cape Town and the surrounding area from the various viewpoints on the mountain.
Afterwards, we'll return to Cape Town and take a guided tour of the city's highlights. We'll begin with a visit to the Bo-Kaap neighbourhood, which is also known as the Malay Quarter. This neighbourhood is one of the most modern in the city and has beautiful colourful façades.
Our tour will then continue to places such as the Castle of Good Hope, the Parliament, District Six, St George's Cathedral and the Company's Gardens. We'll finish the tour back at your hotel in Cape Town.
Climbing Table Mountain
Although we recommend taking the cable car up Table Mountain, this isn't compulsory. If you prefer, you can take an alternative route up Table Mountain on foot on the day of the tour. In this case, we'll follow a route around the mountain until we get to the highest point with pedestrian access. Please bear in mind that you won't be able to climb to the highest point if you don't take the cable car.
Important
The Table Mountain cable car will be closed from 15th July to 1st September 2024. During this period, we'll ascend the mountain on foot. If you prefer, you can also visit Signal Hill.
