Explore the Depths!

Day 1: Theory, Confined and Deep Waters

At the scheduled time, the group will meet at Aquafun Marina to begin this PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course in Cancun. The first few hours of the first day will be dedicated to going over the theoretical aspects necessary to learn how to dive.

There'll be a small exam to test what has been learned and after you'll begin with the more practical aspects of scuba diving in a swimming pool. You'll be taught how to submerge yourself entirely in the water, without the presence of currents in order to become familiar with how the diving equipment works.

Following this, there'll be 2 hours of diving out in the open water, for which we'll have to catch a boat that will bring us out into the deep waters.

After 6 and a half hours, the course will finish. There's plenty more to be done tomorrow!

Day 2: Deep Diving

On the second day, the group will meet at the same time at Aquafin Marina to continue the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course. There'll be a quick revision session of all the theory and pool practices that were covered the day before, after which you'll take a short boat ride crossing the Caribbean Sea.

During this day of the course, there'll be two more diving sessions. You'll have the chance to explore the beautiful depths known for the different species of flora and fauna that inhabit them. All the while, you'll accompanied by an instructor, allowing you to perfect your diving techniques. You're sure to become an expert in no time!

The same as the day prior, the second day of the course will last around 6.5 hours.
