After being picked up from your hotel in Cancun, you'll head to a local market where you'll explore the different food stalls and discover the diverse range of mouth-watering cuisine on offer. Your expert chef will tell you all about the history of Mexico's world-famous gastronomy and how it has evolved over the years.
Once you've bought all of the produce necessary for the cooking class, your next destination will be the kitchen, where you'll get to work on your practical lesson. Learn to prepare some of the most important dishes from across Mexico, including guacamole, tortillas, enchiladas, rice pudding and even margaritas... cheers!
Having cooked up a storm, you'll end up with five different dishes whose aromas are sure to have your stomach rumbling. You'll then sit down and indulge in the delicacies that you've worked hard to make - bon appetit!
