Isla Contoy is one of the most beautiful places I have ever had the fortune to visit. It's magical! Organized tour, great service before and during the tour, lively guides and lots of positive energy! Isla Mujeres is very crowded and there wasn't much time to do. The beauty of the island, unfortunately, is overshadowed by the intense movement and boats everywhere. "Polluted" scenario. It's a good thing we stayed longer on Isla Contoy. Big thanks to the guide Max, who is a sweetheart!

This Cancun Islands tour of Isla Contoy and Isla Mujeres is perfect to discover the Mexican Caribbean charm in just one day. Visit the last virgin island in the region and submerge yourself into one of the largest coral reefs in the world.

Cancun Islands Tour

After picking you up from your hotel at the designated time, we'll enjoy a small breakfast consisting of a sandwich at Cancun port before getting the boat to Isla Contoy, the last paradise virgin island in the Mexican Caribbean.

Once we get to Isla Contoy, we'll visit the Isla Contoy National Park where we'll get to see its unspoilt ecosystem, the migratory bird sanctuary and the endangered sea turtles.

Then we'll explore one of the largest coral reefs in the world while snorkelling and admiring the vast array of tropical fish. Please be aware that this part of the tour is subject to weather conditions. Before leaving Isla Contoy behind, we'll have a delicious lunch consisting of grilled fish and chicken with a traditional Mexican side dish.

We'll get back on the boat and set sail for Isla Mujeres, one of the best-known tourist spots in Mexico. Here you'll have an hour of free time to enjoy the beautiful beaches and the winding streets in the centre of the island.

Finally, we'll go back to Cancun and arrive at the meeting points after a total of 10 hours.

Isla Contoy é um dos lugares mais lindos que já tive a sorte de conhecer. É mágico! Tour organizado, ótimo atendimento antes e durante o passeio, guias animados e muita energia positiva! Já Isla Mujeres é muito lotada e não deu tempo de fazer muita coisa. A beleza da ilha, infelizmente, é ofuscada pelo movimento intenso e embarcações por todos os lados. Cenário "poluído". Actividad en general muy bien organizada. No pudimos hacer snorkel por aguas agitadas y es una cosa que echamos en falta. Por lo demás, Contoy espectacular, quizás algo más de tiempo para estar en la playa e Isla Mujeres bien, muy turística mucha gente, pero bien. Translate this opinion into English.

Pasamos un día estupendo, isla Contoy es súper recomendable, un paraíso, no pudimos hacer snorkel por el viento, eso fue quizá la pega de la actividad, pero el resto genial: comida, personal y la organización en general. We had a wonderful day. Isla Contoy is highly recommended, a paradise. We couldn't snorkel because of the wind, which was perhaps the downside of the activity, but the rest was great: food, staff, and the overall organization.
