Glass Bottom Boat Tour
Description
At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Cancun's famous Kukulcan Boulevard. There, we'll catch a boat across the Nichupte Lagoon and the mangrove area until we reach the open sea, where we'll switch to a boat with a glass bottom.
Once we've gotten settled in the bottom of the boat, we'll sail to the Punta Nizuc reef, the second-largest barrier reef in the world. Through the glass, we'll see tropical fish, turtles, more than 230 species of algae and, if we're lucky, the friendly resident manatees!
But that's not all. This region is home to the Cancun Underwater Museum of Art, consisting of sculptures by British Jason deCaires Taylor and Cuban Elier Amado Gil. We'll likely be able to see some of the most famous ones such as The Speaker, Vein Man and Self Immolation.
After 2 hours, we'll return to the starting point and the activity will come to an end.
