After picking you up at your hotel in Cancun at the indicated time, we'll set out for the Maya city of Cobá - the only city which was capable of standing up to Chichen Itza. En route, we'll have breakfast on board the bus, including orange juice, a ham and cheese ciabatta, wafer, corn pancake and honeycomb toffee.
As we explore the location, an expert guide will reveal the greatest mysteries of Coba, whose name means "water shaken by the wind". This Maya city competed with Chichen Itza for control of the Yucatan, and its constructions have many similarities.
We'll also walk by the astronomical observatory and see the Maya stele of Cobá, which is said to hide the date of the end of the world.
Next, we'll go to Xel-Ha Park, an ecological space that houses caves, underground tunnels, zip lines and pools to refresh, where you'll have the rest of the day free. The park has spaces designed for children and will be the perfect opportunity to enjoy a day with the family.
In the late afternoon, we'll return to the hotels in Cancun, where we'll arrive approximately 9 hours after pickup.
