Galician Products Workshop Tour
Galician Products Workshop Tour
We'll meet at the indicated time at number 37 of Os Campóns, where the culinary laboratory of Cambre is located, where we'll discover the secrets of Galician gastronomy.
We'll take a tour of its facilities, to understand what each room is used for and discover the artistic side of traditional cuisine. We'll see the creative techniques used to achieve new textures, aromas and flavours in typical products such as creams, sauces, preserves, vegetable drinks and dried or dehydrated fruits.
After our visit, we'll have the chance to try some of these innovative recipes in a sensory experience we'll enjoy a tasting of these products. Whatsmore, you'll even be able to purchase some of the products of the workshop to take home and enrich your own dishes!
After an hour of culinary experiences, we'll say goodbye.
