Cagliari Food Tasting
Meet us at the Via Piero della Francesca. From here, in Cagliari, we'll head to an enoteca (wine repository) where we'll enjoy a tasting of the region's best gastronomic products.
As soon as you take your seat, we'll begin our culinary adventure to discover the richness of Sardinian wine. We'll sip two glasses of local wine, both paired with typical Italian cheeses and cold meats.
While we munch on our good eats, we'll share with you the secrets behind each wine and product. We'll learn about the history of the companies from which they come, and delve into the philosophy and tradition that emanates from these companies.
To fully round out the cheese and cold meats tasting, we'll also add to the table an array of artisan jams, olives, honey, pickles, and croutons cooked in a wood oven. This way, you can understand firsthand why Sardinian food is considered the "elixir of longevity." Incredible raw materials!
After 1.5 hours of savouring local flavours, we'll bring the tasting to an end.
