Join us on our Devil's Saddle Kayak Tour where, according to tradition, a mythical battle between Lucifer and the archangel Michael took place. During this experience you'll enjoy Cagliari's coast in a truly unique and fun way.
Devil's Saddle Kayak Tour
At 8:30 am, we'll meet next to the amphitheatre at the Marina Piccolo Port in Cagliari, where your kayaks await.
Are you ready to row? We hope so! We'll get into the kayaks and start kayaking through the Gulf of Cagliari's crystal clear waters. Soon, we'll reach its most characteristic rock formation: The Devil's Saddle or Sella del Diavolo in Italian.
Towering over the top of a cliff, it's said that this large saddle-shaped rock was created by the Devil himself after losing a fierce battle against celestial beings. Due to this epic battle, this area is also known as the Gulf of Angels.
During our crossing we'll enjoy breathtaking views, access secret caves, take a dip in the sea at Poet's Beach or Calamosca Beach and, if we're lucky, spot some dolphins.
We'll end our tour at 12 noon upon our arrival back at Marina Piccola.
