Come and take part in this Culurgiones workshop in Cagliari that will make you feel like a real chef. You'll learn how to prepare one of the most typical pasta dishes of southern Sardinia.
Description
At the indicated time we'll meet at via Dante Alighieri to start a fun workshop in which we'll learn how to make a true Sardinian delicacy, culurgiones.
We'll go to a restaurant to start organising the ingredients that we'll need to make the culurgiones. This typical Sardinian stuffed pasta is made with water, semolina, nutmeg, egg and other products that we'll reveal during the cooking class.
To make the dish we'll make the pasta, knead it and then prepare the filling, which is normally cheese. Then, we'll close the culurgiones and cook them for a few minutes and finally, they'll be ready to eat!
Once our meal is ready, we'll take a seat and enjoy the culurgiones. Undoubtedly, the best reward for a job well done! The meal also includes appetisers and a drink.
After 4 hours of cooking and eating, we'll finish the Culurgiones workshop at the starting point.
