La Plata Day Trip
La Plata Day Trip
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Buenos Aires to travel to the beautiful city of La Plata, founded in 1882 by Dardo Rocha.
As soon as we arrive in La Plata, we'll begin a panoramic tour to see the absolute essentials of the capital of the Buenos Aires province. We'll visit Moreno Square, where we'll see from the outside the Municipal Palace and we'll visit the interior of the imposing neo-Gothic cathedral of La Plata, one of the largest in the world. We'll also go up to the viewpoint of its bell tower!
In the historic center of La Plata, we'll also pass by the Curuchet house and visit the Museum of Natural Sciences, the most important in Latin America in this area. We'll see the extensive collections of objects and specimens that it houses, such as the well-preserved dinosaur skeletons.
After visiting the museum, we'll return to your hotel in Buenos Aires, after a total of 4 hours.
