At the indicated time, we'll meet underneath the votive lamp of the Metropolitan Cathedral to start an interesting guided tour of Buenos Aires. Ready to see the charms of the historic centre of the city?

We'll start walking along the façades of Art Nouveau buildings such as the Barolo Palace, declared a National Historic Monument, and art spaces such as the Liceo Theatre.

As we go, we'll delve into the history of literature, politics and famous people from Buenos Aires by visiting some of its historic bars, such as Café Tortoni, El Gato Negro or Los 36 billares. Feeling peckish? We'll go to a famous bar to enjoy a delicious snack consisting of coffee, soda or water and two croissants.

Our route will take us to the Plaza de Mayo, a crucial place to understand the process of Argentina's independence from the Spanish Empire. Here, we'll see the exteriors of emblematic buildings such as the Banco de la Nación, the Casa Rosada and the Buenos Aires Cathedral

We'll continue the route approaching the building of the La Prensa newspaper, which came to be considered one of the ten most important newspapers in the world

During the last stage of the tour, we'll visit the famous Avenida Corrientes, the Argentinean Broadway, full of theatres and bookshops. It's also an essential place to learn about the history of tango in the city. We'll also see chocolate shops and famous restaurants that will allow us to discover different curiosities about Argentinean culture.
