At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel and leave the city behind as we delve into the Argentinian countryside. After an hour and a half, we'll reach the Don Silvano Ranch.
We'll be welcomed with some delicious local empanadas and a glass of wine. Let the party begin! We'll then have time to explore the ranch, with 380 hectares of crops, vegetation and a large colonial house. You're sure to be impressed!
Do you want to know about the traditions at the Fiesta Gaucha? First, we'll take a carriage ride through the ranch, discovering the legacy left by the Italian Silvano that still has a notable presence. Then, we'll swap the horse and cart for a tractor and learn how these lands are farmed.
A day on an Argentinian ranch isn't complete without a family meal. So, at lunchtime, we'll sit down to enjoy a typical BBQ with chorizo, black pudding and various types of meat. There will also be salads and drinks to accompany the lunch and of course, a delicious dessert to end with!
In the afternoon, we'll make our way back to Buenos Aires and conclude the excursion by dropping you off at Galerias Pacifico, next to the Obelisk or in the Puerto Madero area, whichever you prefer.
