Description
At the indicated time, we'll begin our experience at Cabrera 4304, on the corner of Lavalleja - the perfect way to experience a classic Argentinean grill! As well as delicious food, this house has a magnificent terrace overlooking the very popular area of Palermo Soho.
During the experience, we'll learn about the different cuts of Argentinean meat, as well as how they are prepared and cooked. They'll also explain the history of the Argentinean asado, one of the main hallmarks of South American gastronomy.
After 2 hours of enjoying different delicacies, we'll say goodbye. See you next time!
Menu
In the following order, this menu consists of:
- Empanadas tucumanas - the best in the country!
- Morcilla (blood sausage)
- Chorizo The famous Argentinian choripán!
- Pork meat marinated in lemon, mustard, and herbs
- Smoked rump steak
- Bife argentino (Argentinian steak)
The asado will be accompanied by grilled vegetable salad, "salsa criolla," and smoked chimichurri sauce. Additionally, it also includes a Malbec wine.
The dessert will consist of a delicious, authentic dulce de leche, which any abuela would be proud of.
Finally, we'll toast with a glass of Fernet with cola.
