Argentinian Cooking Class
Argentinian Cooking Class
We'll meet at La Pachamama, which in Quechua means 'Mother Earth'. This central Buenos Aires venue is located on Calle Teniente Benjamín Matienzo in the Las Cañitas district, in the heart of the Palermo neighborhood.
There we'll start the gastronomic experience off with a bang by sharing a picada that includes traditional preserves and homemade breads, while we learn various curiosities about the history of Argentinian cuisine.
Next, we'll cook a five-step Argentinian menu. After preparing the dishes, we'll all sit at the table to taste these mouthwatering Argentinean specialties. Of course, we'll also taste a selection of wines.
We'll conclude this rich gastronomic 3.5 hours later.
