Discover the Atlantic landscapes of the westernmost point in Tenerife with this Teno Rural Park hiking tour. Its volcanic landscapes will captivate you forever!

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Plaza de las Libreas in El Palmar de Buenavista del Norte. From there, we'll start our hiking route around the whole valley, an authentic natural and cultural larder, which treasures centuries of history and ancestral traditions.

For 2 hours, we'll enter the heart of the Teno Rural Park, discovering the curiosities that make it so special. We'll walk along paths that will allow us to admire the imposing volcanic landscapes that characterise this enclave. Did you know that the Teno Rural Park is the westernmost point of the island?

Along the way, we'll discover curiosities about the history and culture of this region. We'll talk about the forestry and traditional crops that have sustained the local communities for centuries. We'll also see examples of rural architecture that reflect the way of life in this environment, as well as some religious manifestations that still survive.

Finally, after 3 hours of walking, we'll return to the starting point in El Palmar, where this unforgettable hiking experience will come to an end.
