Budapest Sightseeing Bus
The Budapest sightseeing bus runs a route with more than 15 stops, passing by different iconic locations, including both neighbourhoods of Buda and Pest.
On board the City Sightseeing buses you can move around the city centre in absolute comfort and discover a tonne of interesting facts about the city's main monuments thanks to English recordings available while on the bus. You'll learn so many new things!
The Buda Castle, the Chain Bridge, Margaret Island, Heroes' Square, the Hungarian National Opera and other famous locations feature on this tour.
How does it work?
The ticket has a validity of 24, 48 or 72 consecutive hours, depending on which option you choose. During this time, you can hop on and off the City Sightseeing bus as many times as you'd like.
Danube Boat Ride
Your bus ticket also includes a 1-hour boat ride on the Danube River. This part of the ticket can only be used once and runs without stopping, on a scenic route.
The boat ride will begin from the dock located in front of the Marriot Hotel in Budapest and will allow you to take in the most beautiful and famous parts of the city from a completely different perspective. You won't be able to stop taking photos!
Budapest Guided Tour
Looking for more? During the time of the ticket's validity, you'll also be able to join a guided walking tour of Budapest. The activity, which lasts around an hour, will be led by an English-speaking guide.
During the tour, you'll be able to delve into the history of the Hungarian capital and admire the façades of the city's most well-known monuments, such as St.Stephen's Basilica and the Parliament.

- Budapest Tourist Bus, City Sightseeing: every day from 9 am to 5 pm; frequency from Monday to Friday is every 15 minutes and from Friday to Sunday, every 10 minutes.
- Danube Boat Ride: every day from 11 am to 6 pm, every hour; and from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, every half hour.
- Budapest Guided Tour: every day at 11 am.
