Budapest Guided Tour + Parliament

Greet your professional English-speaking guide at Báthory utca 19, and board a comfortable air-conditioned minibus. From Chain Bridge, head to Margaret Bridge and cross the overpass to Buda’s Castle District.

Next, cross Elisabeth Bridge until you arrive at the Central Market Hall, then you’ll drive past the Hungarian National Museum, the Great Synagogue, and the City Park, where one of Budapest’s top thermal baths, zoo, and theme parks are located. Hop off at Heroes’ Square and discover the plaza’s numerous sculptures.

Take Andrássy Avenue, Budapest’s main thoroughfare, passing by the beautiful Opera House and St. Stephen’s Basilica to the Hungarian Parliament.

Skip the long queues and walk straight into the imposing Parliament. Following the indications of an audio guide, you'll explore the building’s most relevant rooms like the Assembly Hall and the Central Hall, home to the Holy Crown of Hungary.

The tour comes to an end just outside the Parliament.

Elegí la actividad porque supuestamente iba a ver lo que me faltaba de la ciudad. Pero desde el autobús la visión es escasa. El autobús sin aire acondicionado, yo creo que la gente porque es educad pero hay que decirlo. La visita al parlamento lo normal, no se añade nada. Y bueno la explicaciones normal. Mis expectativas no se han cumplido y es de lo que me arrepiento, salvo ver el parlamento que no había entradas normales. Translate this opinion into English.

I chose the activity because I was supposed to see what I was missing from the city. But the view from the bus was poor. The bus didn't have air conditioning. I think the people were polite, but it has to be said. The visit to Parliament was average; nothing special was added. And the explanations were average. Hay que visitar el parlamento, por lo menos para ver su interior, aunque tengo que decir que, la visita al parlamento durante escasamente 40 minutos y sólo se puede ver una ínfima parte del mismo.... Respecto a la guía muy bien, aunque se agradecería que fuese un guía español, ya que, para poder explicar, tenía que ir pensando lo que iba a decir... aún poco lenta, aunque lo intentó. Hicimos esta mañana el TOUR de Budapest junto con el Parlamento e de decir que recomendadisimo gracias a Silvia y Andre, dos personas súper cercanas, agradables y muy simpáticos, gracias por hacerlo ameno y por todo el tipo de información sobre la ciudad, cultura,política, arquitectura… han sido 4horas y nos hemos despedido antes de entrar al Parlamento ya que la guía de dentro es otra persona, pero nos han dejado en la puerta.
