With this ticket to Historium Brugge, you'll visit an interactive museum where you'll discover the medieval history of Bruges in a fun and entertaining way.

Why visit Historium Brugge?

Located in the heart of the Grote Markt, Historium Brugge is the most visited tourist attraction in Bruges, a Flemish city famous for its canals and medieval historic center.

Your ticket to Historium Brugge includes the entrance to the permanent Historium Exhibition, where you'll see different medieval objects, as well as admission with an audio guide to the interactive Historium Story exhibition. The latter is a tour in which you'll learn the story of Jacob, the apprentice of the painter Jan van Eyck. His assistant will tell you through the audio guide the main events of the Golden Age of Bruges during the 14th and 15th centuries.

Throughout the interactive exhibition of Historium Brugge, you'll find projections, scenery, and special effects that will give you first-hand insight into the daily life of Bruges in the Middle Ages.

During the visit to both exhibitions, which will take about an hour, you'll discover all kinds of interesting facts about the Middle Ages!

Virtual reality experience

If you wish, you can book the option that includes admission to the virtual reality experience at Historium Brugge. In this case, using special VR glasses, you'll enjoy an 8-minute 3D tour of medieval Bruges.
