At the appointed time, we'll meet at Wijnzakstraat, where we'll find Choco-Story, Bruges' famous chocolate museum. Get ready for a fun chocolate workshop!
Once you're all set up, you will be greeted by the master chocolatier. After a brief introduction to Belgian chocolate, we'll begin the workshop with a demonstration of how to temper chocolate.
After observing the expert, it'll be your turn to practice. For an hour, you'll be able to make your own chocolate treats, lollipops and drawings - let your imagination run wild!
Then, at the end of the workshop, you'll be able to taste and take home the sweets you've made to show off to your family and friends.
As if that weren't enough, before leaving you can visit the Choco-Story facilities, where you can see countless jars, kitchen utensils and many other chocolate-related objects. Of course, during the visit, you'll also learn about the history of chocolate from its origins in America.
After two and a half hours, we'll finish the activity at the entrance of the museum.
