Breiðdalur Valley Jeep Tour

At your indicated time, we'll meet at Selnes 28-30 in Breiðdalsvík. We'll then set off on our jeep tour through the Breiðdalur Valley, the largest and most extensive area in eastern Iceland.

As we drive along the Breiðdalur trails, we'll take in the beauty of our surroundings. We'll soon cross an old stone bridge over the Breiðdalsá River, giving us a picture-perfect scenic view.

Our jeep tour will continue through the steep roads leading to the impressive Beljandi Waterfall, which is one of the most popular attractions in this part of Iceland.

Another waterfall we'll see on the tour is Flögufoss Waterfall. Here, we'll hop out of the jeep and stroll around the area to get the best views of the waterfall. Afterwards, we'll get back on the jeep and travel to Jórvík, an abandoned farm where we'll learn about the Icelandic way of life at the end of the 19th century.

The last stop on our jeep tour is Heydalir Church. This spot is the perfect place to hear some fascinating stories and legends about East Iceland.

After 4 hours exploring beautifully rugged places, we'll finish our tour of the Breiðdalur Valley back at the meeting point.
