- Starter: choice of foie gras with brioche bread and cranberries or goat cheese with beetroot carpaccio and walnuts.
- Main course: Choice of fish in Halászlé sauce with potatoes or mushroom ragout and butter.
- Dessert: Kaisermarrn with sultanas and raspberry coulis or Sacher-torte cake.
