Paranoá Lake Boat Trip
We'll meet at the agreed time in front of the Royal Tulip Hotel and board the boat in order to set sail for an hour through an artificial lake formed by the waters of the Paranoá Lake. Are you ready for this exciting boat ride?
Throughout the tour, you'll have an audio guide in English who will provide information about each point we pass whilst on the boat. In addition, through the boat's multimedia system, you'll be able to see historical images of Brasilia. An absolute journey back in time!
We'll admire the Alvorada Palace, the official residence of the President of Brazil; the Don Bosco Sanctuary, built on the shores of the lake; and the famous JK Bridge, one of the emblems of the city.
We'll begin our tour from the South Lake Bridge and pass through the Sector de Clubes Sul or SBS, a popular lakeside neighbourhood. We'll continue across the JK bridge, built by the Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, and see the Península dos Ministros park, a peaceful green area of Brasilia.
After an hour of non-stop cruising, we'll return to the meeting point.
