Brasília Coffee Tour

At 9:30 am we'll meet at CLN 108 to start this tour of the local coffee culture. Did you know that Brasília is considered the second capital of coffee in Brazil after São Paulo? This city has more than 50 establishments that offer incredible coffee prepared in the traditional method.

During the tour, we'll visit three of the city's most renowned coffee shops to learn about the typical methods of coffee production: Ernesto Cafés, Civitá and Los Baristas. The intense aromas will be a true treat for the senses. We'll enjoy a tasting of two coffees. The tasting experience can be tailored to the preferences of the group.

We'll delve into how the coffee beans are treated, how they're pressed and filtered, and the entire preparation process until we reach the steaming cups. We'll also discover all the details and curiosities of the coffee tradition that has existed in Brasília for centuries.

The tour will conclude at 12:30 pm.

The tour was great, I highly recommend it. Carolina is absolutely nice, speaks different languages and knows everything not only about the coffee but also about history and culture of Brasilia. The three stops are all perfect, to learn about cafe especiais and taste high quality Brazilian coffees
