Exciting and very well organized, we were very happy, but consider that to reach the observation point, it takes about 1.30 hours of navigation in the open sea (and the same to return) so, if like us you have small children, consider bringing something to entertain them.

Enjoy a unique experience during your stay in the capital of Massachusetts with this Boston Whale Watching Cruise. You'll only be a couple of feet away from these huge mammals.

Boston Whale Watching Cruise

At the time indicated we'll meet in Boston Harbor, and board a catamaran that will sail around the capital of Massachusetts.

We'll leave the port and begin making our way towards the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary. As we approach this marine reserve, we'll begin to see the impressive mammals emerge from the water.

Keep an eye out! Humpback whales, fin whales, dolphins... how many of them will we see? For three and a half hours we'll cruise around the area in search of the incredible creatures and take pictures.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point and end the activity.

Whale Watching

Although whales are very common off the coast of Boston, animals are unpredictable. We can't guarantee which species or the number of whales you'll be able to see during the tour. If we're unlucky and don't see any whales, you'll be able to do the activity on another day.

Emozionante e molto ben organizzato, noi siamo stati molto contenti, considerate però che, per raggiugere il punto di osservazione, ci vogliono circa 1.30 di navigazione in mare aperto (ed altrettanti per ritornare) per cui, se come noi avete bimbi piccoli, valutate di portare qualcosa per intrattenerli. Pretty lucky day I Guess following with the boat a baby and mom humpback whales! The baby even showed us his/her tail while diving under water! Just wonderful experience. With civitatis we saved almost 40% of what they where asking at the dock.
