Bordeaux Wine Workshop
We'll meet at 10:30 am in the Bordovino premises, in the heart of Bordeaux, to enjoy a complete wine experience.
After being greeted with a welcome drink, you'll begin to discover the characteristics of the most renowned wines of the region. During two hours you'll learn how to distinguish different wines. Aromas, nose, taste, colour... Every detail is important!
To practice, the guide will help you to appreciate four wines from the four main wine-producing regions of France. Will you be able to recognise them?
Then it will be your turn to create your own wine with a blending workshop. Bordeaux wines are blends of different grape varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot...). You'll taste each grape variety separately and according to your preferences, and create your own. A unique experience!
To finish in style, you'll enjoy a typical French aperitif with traditional dishes (fresh bread, charcuterie, cheese, dark chocolate).
The wine tasting workshop will end at 12.30 pm.
