Tour Options
During the booking process, you'll be able to choose between two different options: the morning tour or the afternoon tour. Both have a total duration of 4.5 hours and include an English-speaking guide and an exclusive wine tasting.

Morning Tour (3.5 Hours)
We'll meet at the designated time in front of the Monument aux Girondins in the Place des Quinconces and venture out on the Médoc wine route.
During the drive, the guide will provide you with lots of information about the wines of the region, in which some of the best wines in France are made. Don't believe it? To discover it, we'll visit the winery of a prestigious Château, where we'll see how the famous Grand Cru Classé wines are made.
We'll tour the vineyards and see the underground cellars where the bottles are stored. We'll also learn all the secrets of how the different varieties are made. Of course, we'll conclude the visit with a tasting of 2 or 3 local wines accompanied by traditional French apéritifs such as cheese, cold meats or chocolate.
Afterwards, we'll continue the tour by travelling through the Médoc region, admiring the vineyards of the region. During the tour, we'll learn about the main types of grapes grown around Bordeaux. We'll also stop at the Château Margaux, the most famous château in the region, where we'll make a short stop to take pictures.
Finally, we'll return to the starting point in Bordeaux, where we'll arrive 3.5 hours after the start of the tour.
Afternoon Tour (4.5 Hours)
We'll meet at the designated time by the Monument aux Girondins, and from there, in the heart of Place des Quinconces, we'll depart from Bordeaux and head to the renowned vineyards of the Médoc region.
During the 40-minute drive, our guide will share insights into why Médoc is one of France's main wine regions. As we take in the scenic views of the traditional vineyards, it will be easy to understand its world-class reputation.
Continuing our tour, we'll then visit a winery in Saint-Émilion, where we'll dive into a wine-tasting workshop. We'll learn how to identify different aromas and flavors, becoming amateur winemakers for the day. It's sure to be an unforgettable experience!
After the workshop, we'll continue our tour through the Médoc region with a guided tour of Saint-Émilion, a beautiful medieval town declared a World Heritage Site in 1999.
Finally, we'll make our way back to Bordeaux, arriving at our original meeting point about four and a half hours later.
