Snorkelling in the Formoso River
At the agreed time we'll meet at the ecotourism complex Praia da Figueira. After the introductions, we'll put on our wetsuits and walk towards the Formoso riverbed, one of the main river currents of Bonito.
We'll put on our goggles and snorkel and, accompanied by our guide at all times, we'll start an aquatic route to discover the rich biodiversity of this river. We'll swim through different dives to see what is hidden under the water.
The crystal clear waters of the Formoso river will allow us to admire schoals of different species of fish, from the typical catfish, very common in Bonito, to specimens of tarpon, piavuçu, tetras or gilthead bream. Keep your eyes peeled!
After an hour and a half of experience, we'll end the activity by saying goodbye at the starting point. You can leave at this time or continue to enjoy the river beach of Praia da Figueira, where you'll find slides, kayaks, hammocks and even a zip line.
