At the agreed time we'll meet at the Mimosa ranch, located 25 kilometres north of Bonito. From this point, we'll start a hiking route that will take us to explore the incredible waterfalls of the Mimoso River. Are you ready? Let's go!
During the hike we'll cover a total of 2.8 kilometres (1.7 miles), admiring the beauty of the surrounding landscape and learning about its flora and fauna.
We'll enter wooded areas along the banks of the Mimoso River and come across wooden walkways and up to ten waterfalls. We'll also stop at different viewpoints that will allow us to enjoy an unforgettable panoramic view of the Serra da Bodoquena National Park.
Of course, you'll be able to take a dip in the natural pools formed by the waterfalls of the Mimoso River. In one of them you'll find a platform from where you can jump into the water from a height of 6 metres (19.6 feet). Are you feeling adventurous?
After four hours of walking, we'll finish the hiking route saying goodbye at the starting point.
